An EMP has caused everything with computer to crash. Aircraft, cars, the electrical grid. After Rosa saves her coworker, Morgan, she agrees to get her home to her brother and in the end decides to help them get out of the city. And she’s uniquely qualified to help.

There is a great idea in this book, that homeless people, those who are sleeping rough will probably do a little better if the technology that drives the world is torn away from us. I wish that was the central idea of the book but it ended up being an ‘odyssey’ story, where the journey is the story.

It isn’t bad but I was hoping for more.
